    Chino doesn’t have much luck with animals other than her rabbit Tippy. However, she’s able to successfully touch the always-still rabbit at Chiya’s family’s cafe.

    リゼ:
    「ちゃんと(さわ)ってから(いわ)ってやれよ」
    Since you were able to properly touch [the rabbit], we’ll celebrate.”
  • After doing with ~てから

    One action or event closely following on the completion of another is expressed by the first verb in て form followed by から. This gives the meaning of “after” or “since” doing the first action.
