Not only this but also that with 〜だけではなく〜も

Grammar: Addition » 〜だけではなく〜も

A noun, adjective, or verb may be followed by だけで(は)なく, then another noun, adjective, or verb, optionally followed by も. This has the meaning of “not only (first word) but also (second word)”.

When nouns are used, they can be followed by particles, such as から.
