Conan and Ran end up with Kogoro investigating a kidnapping case. As Kogorp questions the butler, Conan steps in with his own questions. The butler asks who the child is.

小五郎(こごろ):
「いやー、わたしの()()いの()でして…」
“Well, it's the child of an acquaintance, and...”
(らん)!! ちゃんと面倒(めんどう)()てろ!!」
“Ran! Properly look after him!”

ちゃんと is used here to say Ran needs to watch the kid properly, the way a kid should be watched over.

面倒(めんどう)()る means to watch over someone.
