Another serving with おかわり

おかわり means to have more of the same food or drink in succession. In some cases, it can refer to getting different items such as returning to a buffet table.

In English, the expression “another round” is close in meaning, but only when serving drinks to a group, typically alcoholic beverages. For an individual, phrases such as “I’ll have another” are close in meaning.
